She is our Customer Experience Manager and also our Employee Retention and Hiring Manager. She thrives on helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for, ensuring they leave with the perfect addition to their gardens. For Lisa, the best part of working at Willow Ridge is the community — both the wonderful team of employees and the amazing customers.
